Congratulations to our daughter, Carla, on receiving the Community Belonging Award at Colorado University, Boulder!

This honor celebrates individuals whose actions help others feel seen, valued, and supported across campus—through teaching, leadership, service, collaboration, and even quiet, behind-the-scenes care. It reflects a shared commitment to building a stronger, more inclusive community.

"Through her work with FSAP and the Colorado University Cultural Collective, Carla has created meaningful spaces where faculty and staff feel truly seen and supported. Her dedication to fostering connection through conversations around mental health, identity, and community continues to make a lasting impact."

We are so proud of you, Carla! by @lady.robbie

Screaming HAPPY BIRTHDAY Britt & Carla!! 🎉🎂🥳
Now wait a minute… didn’t we just celebrate y’all turning 40 on Monday?! How in the world is it already #41 by Thursday?! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤣🤣
At this rate, y’all are aging like it’s a speed contest and I need somebody to come get these girls immediately 😂😂
But seriously, I’m wishing you both nothing but the best God has for your lives. Keep reaching for the stars, chasing your goals, and making us proud one blessing at a time ✨
And just so we’re clear…
No matter how old y’all get, your Dad and I will ALWAYS be your biggest cheerleaders! ❤️📣
Love you both more than words can say and with every beat of our hearts!
Now go on and cut up in Seattle… but not too much! 😏🤣💕🥳🎉🎂 by @lady.robbie

The CLEO Quarterly Luncheon was such a wonderful success! 💕
Amazing networking, delicious food, and an unforgettable message from Dr. Tameka Ellington, who truly commanded the room with her power and grace. 🙌

Thank you, Dr. Tameka, for inspiring us and gifting your book “Make Fear Your Superpower.”
Big shoutout to Heather and her team for pulling together such a beautiful event!

I was beyond excited to win a gorgeous Thanksgiving basket from BRIMLOW Benefits Agency 🧺🍁 and want to thank Jill for sharing one of her yummy Nothing Bundt Cakes! 🎂

This is what CLEO is all about — women working together, lifting each other up, and making powerful connections. 💜
