The secret is out👀… I made a coffee mug for therapists who hold it all! ☕️ It’s mixed with a little reality and humor 😉 As a therapist, we hold space for our clients everyday! Monday’s stress. Tuesday’s overthinking. Wednesday’s breakthrough. Thursday’s family drama. Friday’s relationship plot twist. 👀 Saturday’s cliffhanger: “Oh, and did I tell you…” 👀 Sunday’s reset… because we need rest too! Being a therapist means holding space for all the stories, all the feelings, all the stress, all the breakthroughs… and yes, all the tea. ☕️ For the therapists who hold it all—and those who appreciate the ones who do. 💛 Grab your favorite therapist mug today + get a FREE gift with your purchase! 🎁☕️ Link in bio! #ohiotherapist #denvertherapist #beyondthesurface #coloradotherapist #selfcare

This photo says a lot—She has been beside me my entire life and continues to show up in the most steady, quiet, powerful way. She is my silent force—consistent, grounded, and always there. She’s my friend, my confidant, my supporter, and my encourager. She’s also my comedian when I need a good laugh.🤣 She is patient, kind, unwavering… and yes, she’s A Boss! My mom has gone after dreams she didn’t even know she had and has excelled in everything she puts her hands to. Whatever she touches turns into love, goodness, and sometimes sweet treats 🍋🧁😉. I love you, Mom. I wouldn’t trade you for anything in this world. I thank God for blessing me with you, and I pray you receive everything you desire in this life and even more. Happy Mother’s Day ❤️
