Let me reintroduce myself.

I am Allie Mae Perkins.

Born in Bakersfield, California I’m a former fashion designer turned entrepreneur, business mindset educator / coach and speaker.

This March, I celebrated 10 years as the owner and founder of @thebeautifullifenation , an accomplishment I’m incredibly proud of.

Built from the mindset “community over competition”. The Beautiful Life isn’t just about beauty. It’s about creating a safe, supportive space for creatives and beauty professionals to come together, grow, and step into opportunities they may not have had access to on their own.

At my core, I’m passionate about helping women and young girls build confidence, walk in their truth, and step into their power as I learn to do the same.

I’ve been saying YES to me a lot more these days.

I’m a proud student of Lisa Nichols at @2motivatethemasses . Under Lisa and her teams leadership I am surrounded by powerful voices helping me step into mine. Sharpening my voice, my purpose, and my impact.

I recently took my first international trip to Korea 🇰🇷. Since I was a teenager, I’ve dreamed of seeing the world and now that journey has begun. Korea is only the start.
I don’t just want to visit new places…I want every experience to shape who I’m becoming.

Beyond the titles and accomplishments and dreams, I’m a woman in a season of becoming.

At 42, I’m learning myself on a deeper level. I went to therapy, got professional coaching for mental, emotional and professional health. I’ve been in my own world healing, growing, unlearning, evolving and embracing every version of who I’ve been and who I’m becoming.

Life is showing me that age is just a number. I’m just getting started as I align my life with purpose, passion, and intention.

Season of the chrysalis has been honored 🦋

Bakersfield showed up and showed OUT! 🎨✨

I had such an amazing time at the 2026 Art Fest supporting the Boys & Girls Club! If you weren’t there, you missed an epic event.

From the incredible artwork by local artists and talented Boys & Girls Club youth to the fabulous food and community spirit, there was so much to celebrate. What a beautiful reminder of what happens when our community comes together to support creativity and our next generation. 🩷

A NIGHT WAS HAD last night at La Vie Bohème!

La Vie Bohème was a Met Gala-style fundraising spectacular benefiting Art Heist, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering local creators, small businesses, and our downtown community.

A special thank you to Carrie and the entire team who brought this incredible event to life.

We danced. We posed for the cameras. We enjoyed delicious food and drinks. And most importantly, we were surrounded by an amazing community of creatives, entrepreneurs, and beautiful people simply living our best lives. 💃🏽

What a beautiful night celebrating 75 years of saving lives.

Last night, we gathered for the first annual Gala to Give, hosted by Houchin Community Blood Bank, an evening dedicated to raising funds and continuing their incredible mission of saving lives throughout our community.

This year marks an extraordinary milestone—75 years of service and more than 3 million lives impacted and saved. What a legacy.

It was truly an honor to gather alongside so many of our community members and leaders in support of such a meaningful cause. We heard touching stories that reminded us of the real lives behind the mission, made wonderful connections, and enjoyed delicious cocktails, beautiful music, and the gorgeous scenic views of the Bakersfield Country Club golf course.

Blessings come in many forms! 🌸🙏🏽

As I sat at the park this morning praying and gaining some much-needed guidance from God in this season of my life, a group of teenage girls approached me with a flower and this note.

They asked if they could pray over me, and in that moment, I knew this was God’s way of reminding me, “I see you. I hear you. I’m with you.”

Sometimes God answers our prayers in the most unexpected and beautiful ways.

Thank you to the five young ladies who were obedient to what God placed on their hearts today. You may never fully understand how much this simple act of kindness helped me.
