When I’m in SC, or when she’s in the DMV, best believe my sissy is getting #LiftedByLadyKay!!!! @drjackiegreene came to RESURGENCE 2026 and wrecked The Gathering Place!! Kev and I still haven’t been able to articulate what it meant having our SC pastors in DC! Just what our hearts needed! Still speechless, but oh so grateful!!! 💗 I love youuuuu PJ!!

Found this BTS content w/ who is supposed to be my travel makeup artist @ladykay129. She intentionally causes me to mess up my makeup 😩.

But, as you can see, she is the lifter 🙌🏾 of my spirit before I go out to speak on some very heavy topics 🧠.

I don’t know why I love 💗 this so much. I just had to share. I hope it puts a smile on your face ☺️.

📣THE NUMBERS ARE IN 📣

The @radiofreekjlh Women’s Health Expo 2026 brought in a whopping 8,800+ people to @longbeachcec 😲! Can you believe that?!

And family caregiving and dementia care was front and center with a memory care lane and plenty of resources.

I’m just so thankful I was able to be in the number just one more time 🥹.

Special thanks to @adailamar and my KJLH (102.3 FM) family for executing the vision that is so special and necessary for family caregivers.

Until next time….
