I’ve been lucky enough to watch - and be a small part of - the incredible trajectory of @theresa_tran’s insane career and global travels over the last two decades. She has mastered the art of creating some of the most impactful and culturally important media moments across sports and entertainment, and does it all with such grace and effortless cool (even under the most insane pressure). It always blows me away. She genuinely loves people and helping their dreams and visions come to life - and in return has amassed an unparalleled rolodex of wildly creative and talented humans who love her right back/want to help bring hers to life too. So when she sent the call out for her 2nd annual @_startinglineup_ summit in Portland, it was no surprise that a group of phenomenal badass entrepreneurs, athletes, creative directors, crisis PR pros, brand marketing execs, athlete agency founders and event aficionados immediately answered. Theresa has been quietly mentoring people all over the world for as long as I’ve known her (including little old me), so turning what comes so naturally into a full-blown media week bootcamp was remarkable to see. Proud to have met the 11 “Starting Line” ladies who flew in from across the country and internationally to spend the week learning, asking questions, sitting in on panels and talks, touring stadiums, backstage to the Nike campus - and getting immersed in Theresa’s world and work ethos. No doubt the experience, access and relationships they made will impact their careers and lives for years to come. Thank you TTT for letting me be a part of something you’ve built with so much heart. I came to give whatever insight I could, and after a few days around smart, motivated, curious “rookies” and such powerful, impactful and generous “pros,” I left inspired and reminded why we do all of this crazy work in the first place. 🤍 You’ve created something truly magical with @_startinglineup_ and I can’t wait until the next one! 🙌 taken in Portland Oregon by @ladynaes

We couldn’t have asked for a more incredible person and athlete to work with this week to promote our upcoming entrance of the @nrl to the States. @jordanmailata, if we could bottle your infectious positive spirit and sell it, we would all be billionaires! Thanks for all your hard work the last couple of days. (Also, we look like tiny people next to you 😂). #superbowl2024 #nrl #goeagles🦅 taken in Las Vegas, Nevada by @ladynaes
