In Lagos, there are very few heritage structures (whether from the colonial period or the traditional period before that) in comparable conditions as the Cathedral Church of Christ.

Famous for its Gothic architecture, we were particularly fascinated by the Church’s five storey Clock Tower that features four dials, a clock mechanism, and eight chiming bells. @crivelofficial launched the AEON, their first mechanical model, and we took a few photos at their boutique on 17/19 Boyle Street, Onikan Lagos.

Housed in a 40mm stainless steel case with yellow gold and rose gold coating options, the AEON also comes in three dial colours: light blue, champagne, or black.

AEON is powered by a modified Miyota automatic mechanical movement that features a tourbillon-inspired display at 6 o’clock, which reveals the balance wheel and escapement. Power reserve is approximately 40 hours.
