It’s been a two weeks since the first of 3 #btsarirangworldtour2026 in Stanford. I was able to meet a few online friends irl and attended each day with local ARMY friends. As you know if you’ve read my other concert posts, I tend to not take a lot of photos during the concert so I can take it all in. However, I sprinkled a few clips in.

Calling all Indigequeer, TwoSpirit, QTBIPOC leather freaks and baddies!
This Thursday, we are hosting our first Indigequeer centered, Leather & Kink community meetup!

There will be kinky bingo, V-Day card crafting, crushing, cruising, potluck, and more! This is a collaborative community event, by us for us. We invite you to show up in a good way, and bring the vibes you wanna experience!

Mothertongue Cafe & Bar
308 41st St, Oakland
Thursday, February 12th, 7-10pm
FREE, 18+
@mothertongue.cafebar will be selling beverages with plenty of N/A options.

Accessibility: there is a ramp leading up to the door of the venue, on the corner of 41st & Broadway. Bathrooms are also wheelchair accessible. We ask that folks test for covid before joining, and to please stay home if you aren’t feeling well. We will have some masks available, and request that everyone mask indoors. Masking outside is optional, but please wear a mask if you wish to engage in convo with a cutie who is masked outside. We keep each other safe <3

Consent is sexy! Cruising is encouraged, but don’t be a creep. Ask before touching! If anyone makes you uncomfortable, let an organizer know and we will handle it.

While it’s more of a meetup (less of a play party), this is a Kink/Leather community event, so we are asking that all attendees be 18yo or older.

A note on Indigeneity and whom this event is for:
We understand that Indigeneity isn’t a monolith, and that many of us carry generational traumas along with it (forced assimilation, slavery, genocide, displacement, etc…). Our understanding of Indigeneity includes Black kin and Afrodescendance. It includes people who practice or are reclaiming their Indigenous roots, whether their ancestral lineage is from this continent or another.

We as the organizers aim to create a space where our TwoSpirit, Indigequeer, kink & leather identities can come together, and connect. While this is an Indigequeer centered space, all QTBIPOC are welcome <3 by @lagrosera

My ult bias! I love a great kpop idol because they can teach me so much about how to navigate the world. Jin has taught me to make work fun when you can, keep boundaries firm, everyone deserves to play, and so much more. I love my Capricorn Venus guy. Also, I can’t believe he’s real? There were multiple times over the two days I saw him in Anaheim where I just really had to pause and remind myself that he is an actual human. My photo skills leave much to be desired but I was living in the moment and trying not to take photos. BTS concerts are always like that for me. #runseokjin_eptour_anaheim by @lagrosera

Short notice but let’s keep the pride festivities going. We are trying out a new venue, @the_double_standard! They don’t serve food so bring your own! If you’re a food vendor hit us up!

Parking is hard so carpool or ride share recommended. BART is close by as well.

Please let’s take care of each other and test beforehand and wear a mask! If you have been exposed to people who are positive or have any doubts, just stay home, we’ll catch you next time!

For Stacey’s bday (which is also the same day of her passing) on May 19th, let’s celebrate her life and legacy by enjoying some #BobaWithStacey! She loved having boba with her friends and dear ones, and we can all follow her example of finding joy in simple pleasures.

@thellpsx declared that time is weird and #StaceyIsForever. May 19th, 2025 marks 5 years since her passing.

You can partake in holding space for all the memories, brilliance and blessing Stacey gave us and continues to give us by enjoying some boba or other favorite drink, and sitting with her memory.

You can also share what Stacey left you with by using the @radicalmonarchs created hashtag #StaceyTaughtUs

It’s happening!!! StaceyFest: Disability Love and Legacy Celebration is next Saturday July 20th!

We have a full program of disabled artists, performers and speakers. Vendors providing community resilience information, an altar to honor those who aren’t with us (feel free to bring a contribution or photo).

Access info:
Venue has ADA accessible bathrooms, and no steps. However some slopes to get in and out of venue and into back space. Parts of the backyard have grass.

Covid safety: We will be outdoors and encourage people to wear masks. Please get consent to speak to someone who is wearing a mask if you aren’t masked. Or even better, approach mask wearers only if you’re wearing a mask. Help us keep each other safe!

There are so many radical queer BTS fans and I hope we can be loud about how radical they can be (as well as hold space for criticism of them too).
