🍃Now offered every Monday morning, 9am-10am. 🍃We gather for an hour to simply pause. A space to step away from the noise, sit in stillness, and reconnect — to yourself, to nature, and to community. 🍃

We’ll begin with a traditional Cha Dao tea ceremony, sharing tea together in silence and presence.

We’ll close in circle with space to share, connect, and gently set an intention for the week ahead.
A slow, grounding way to begin your day — rooted in presence, connection, and the wisdom of tea. 🍃

🌟Laguna Beach Yoga’s 200-Hour Teacher Training is back… and this is your last week to register! 🌟
A small, high-touch cohort taught by Katie Bond & Presley Merrick, with a curriculum that goes beyond the standard Vinyasa Flow certification. Alongside the anatomy, teaching skills, and yoga philosophy every 200-hour program should cover, you’ll study Reiki & sound healing and take part in workshops & circles — the offerings that set Laguna Beach Yoga apart.

Class size: 3–7 trainees
Taught by: Katie Bond & Presley Merrick‍

Tuition:
‍Early Bird — $3,900 Paid in full by Oct 7, 2026
Standard — $4,200 Paid in full by Oct 14, 2026
Payment Plan — $4,400 $500 deposit + 6 monthly payments of $650 (Sept–Feb)

Manual and materials are included in tuition — no separate materials fee.

Tomorrow we have a powerful day in Numerology of 9/9 in a number 1 month. 9's represent endings and completion, where 1's represent new beginnings🌱. This signifies identies or ways of being in how we show up in our daily lives transforming 🔥! We have a New Moon in Virgo ♍ which is all about our daily habits and routines, health and wellness making this a great time to bring more devotion and purity into our lives!

We also have Venus entering Scorpio ♏, Mercury entering Libra ♎, Uranus stations retrograde in Gemini ♊ and we have a Full Moon 🌕in Virgo ♍! A lot is shifting in the skies Thursday!
