A Women’s Circle & Sound Bath for
Release, Reconnection & Renewal

There is something so beautiful about the changing of seasons. A reminder that we aren’t meant to stay the same forever. A part of you is ready to let go. Of the heaviness. The old stories. The things you’ve been carrying that no longer feel like yours to hold.
And maybe another part of you is quietly asking… what’s next for me?
As the seasons begin to change, we’re gathering for an evening to honor the shifts happening within us, too.
To slow down. To breathe. To reconnect with ourselves and with other women. Through sharing in circle, connection, a beautiful release ritual, intention setting, and a deeply healing sound bath, we’ll create space to soften into this next season of our lives.

thank you to all who sourced my slow soul crafted medicinas and to those who continue to support and enjoy these botanical creations over the years.

I don’t talk a lot about the crafting of these botanicals often. It is an act of ritual and co-creation with the sun, moon, soils, waters, leaves and blooms of a place and astrological shifts.

Nearly always, without planning it, I make medicine on potent portals and moon doorways.

I let the plants guide me in when, how and the way in which they want to express.

There are wells of remembrance that live within you. May these botanical portals bring you into remembrance and relation with these precious places

In early September I will be bottling and sharing the last round of these botanical singles and blends before heading back down to the Southern hemisphere.

Check out my site to see what is available for order. I also have a few new flower essences not listed that I crafted throughout the summer.

To get that 🌸 essence info and order any other botanical medicine, send me a message. Moving in the slow rhythm for these orders…all are available to ship or for local pickup the first week of September.

Especially excited about the new batch of heart nectar and Agua Florida that are bubbling their way towards bottling time.

You can also source some of my Yarrow Botanicals on the shelf at laguna beach yoga.

gratitude to the plants!

CYMATICS SOUNDBATH IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE // July 30, 7-8:30p @lagunabeachyoga

You’ve heard soundbaths. You’ve felt its resonance and power. But have you ever seen it? 🌀✨

When sound hits liquid, it doesn’t just make waves—it organizes water into intricate, living, sacred geometry. This is #Cymatics: the physical footprint of sound.

Now, imagine what those same frequencies are doing to the 60% water that makes up your body, your cells, and your inner state. 🌊

On July 30th, we are bringing the invisible world into the light.

As you drop into an immersive live Soundbath, we’ll be projecting real-time Cymatic visualizations all around the space.

Watch sacred vibrational mandalas dance and shift to the exact frequencies washing over you.

Hear the sound.

Feel the resonance.

SEE the power of the frequency rewriting your cellular waters.

We will have an intention ceremony, dissolving our written prayers into high-vibe, sound-infused water to align our collective field.

Are you ready to see the music within you?

🗓️ Date: Thursday, July 30th
📍 Location: Laguna Beach Yoga
⏰ Time: 7-8:30p
