POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The title of United States Barista Champion took me from Seattle, Wa to Rimini, Italy…and now to the hit television game show The Floor!?! I’m 1 of 100 champions battling it out for a chance to win $250,000 🤯🔥

Can you guess what my expert category is? And do you want to know if @roblowe drinks specialty coffee? 🤔

The official series premiere of The Floor Season 6 is 9/23 at 5pm PT on 🦊 and available next day on @hulu

Honored and thrilled to share that I’ve been accepted into the James Beard Foundation’s Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership (WEL) program and classes start today 🤓📚

Joining this community of visionary women in food and beverage is a dream come true. Excited to grow, learn, and lead with purpose. Timing couldn’t be better for me 🙏🏼 I’ll be sharing more so stick around… 💫

Episode 3 of The Floor airs tonight! 84/100 contestants left and I’m still in it! But 9 more will go home tonight…🤞🏼 catch it on Fox 8pm pacific and Hulu tomorrow!

This side quest brought me to Limerick, Ireland back in May and even though the show kept me busy you know I had to explore the local coffee. I found myself at Canteen (RIP) and Rift pretty much daily. And shout out to @colinharmon to making sure I didn’t leave Ireland without his new book, sending one to Canteen for me to pick up 🥹

When “do it for the plot” goes hard.

My career in coffee has taken me to many unexpected places but this one takes the cake.

Excited to share the details with you very soon, and you’re never going to believe it…

Still taking this one in 🤎☕

Women in Coffee brought together more than 180 guests who showed up to learn, connect, and lift one another up. Together, we raised over $1,400 for the Washington Women’s Foundation, and honestly, that number only tells part of the story.

To our sponsors Minor Figures, Beanz, Breville, and Baratza, thank you for showing up for this industry time and time again. Not only are you a part of the community but you bolster it up with your support and generosity.

We are in awe of our panelists who opened up to share their wisdom, journeys, and hard-won knowledge. Their honesty is what made this space feel so powerful. And to Cait from Tiny Sidecar, thank you for holding space for such a rich, real conversation and guiding it with so much care.

To every vendor and friend who gave their time, energy, and heart to make this day happen, we see you, and we’re so grateful for you.

And to everyone who walked through the door: thank you for trusting us with your time and your stories. This community is the reason we keep doing this work.

Two years in, and it just keeps growing. We cannot wait to see what Year 3 brings. See you in 2027. 💛 by @lailaghambari

After many months of renovations, our Roastery is fully operational! We can’t wait for all the magic to come in this space.

Thank you for following this process and stay tuned for upcoming events and new coffees coming soon!
