One iconic venue. One unforgettable night! For the #ASAE Summit Awards, the LAI Live team brought the #NationalBuildingMuseum to life with a bold visual experience designed from the ground up. From the event identity to dramatic custom scenic and show content, every element worked together to fill the room with energy. Behind it all was a team managing creative development, scenic design and construction, talent and vendor coordination, rehearsals, stage management, show calling, graphics, and all production logistics. You don’t need a ballroom to create a gala-worthy experience! This week, LAI Live transformed a traditional conference room into an intimate, high-end fundraising gala, using streamlined scenic elements and AV footprint, and dramatic venue uplighting to completely change the look and feel of the space. Now in year three of the campaign, the challenge was also to make an established campaign brand feel fresh for show content design. LAI Live recently wrapped our 9th NAF Next, NAF's annual conference bringing together educators, business leaders, and community partners to share ideas and support career readiness for high school students. This year, NAF’s three-day conference was held at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, where our team provided end-to-end event production, including an event design workshop, conference theme and identity development, program design, #ShowCalling, #StageManagement, scenic, Audio-Visual production, custom graphics, teleprompting, and overall production management. About a month before the event, rising rigging costs required a complete redesign of the Main Stage. What had been planned for the venue's built-in stage was reworked into a ground-supported #ScenicDesign featuring two 11’x20’ outboards and a 10’x30 screen at center, allowing the conference to move forward without changing the program or attendee experience. From keynote sessions and academy recognition to evening celebrations, it was another great year supporting an event that makes a lasting impact on educators nationwide. The LAI Live team wrapped another incredible event with AWHONN, a valued client for 15+ years, at Disney! Beyond #producing, #scriptwriting, and #stage management, we brought a little extra magic to the experience by creating the #eventbranding, inspired by the whimsy of our surroundings. This year was especially exciting as AWHONN welcomed two @leadingauthorities keynote speakers who inspired, entertained, and connected with the nursing community. Last week, LAI was onsite at the Gaylord Texan in Dallas for the 2026 Xforce conference, an event and organization focused on increasing employment opportunities for people with disabilities. With this client, the focus is always on branding and leading with accessibility.   This year, LAI brought SourceAmerica's brand to life onstage through custom-designed scenic, involving stretch-shape cubes to mimic elements in their event logo and bright oversized LED that created crisp colors and easy to see visuals. We also designed complementary show graphics and extended the built-in stage and added a ramp to create a more accessible space for our speakers.   Beyond the stage design, our team handled speaker booking, logistics, rehearsals, last-minute prompter changes, and comprehensive accessibility services, including ASL interpretation, live captioning, and audience description.   As an added touch and to build off the keynote message, we also created interactive cubes where attendees could share why their work gives them purpose.   #EventProduction #BrandExperience #ScenicDesign #ExperientialMarketing #DallasEvents by @lailiveevents

Every May, embassies across Washington, DC open their doors for Passport DC for a celebration of culture, history, and international connection. This year, LAI partnered with the Delegation to the European Union to help design and produce their Open House experience, featuring augmented reality, live music, trivia games, and tastings from across the EU.
