Lake DeJongh In-Season Highlights💯

Broke his wrist 4 weeks ago and is already back to hooping! JUCO College Hooper!

Lake is an athlete in our hoop hacks basketball training program. This program allows him to stay strong and healthy while is season by focusing on lifts that translate over to the court. One thing we have made a big focus with Lake is that he is not overdoing it in the weight room so he can be fresh for when he steps on the court.

If your looking to level up your hooping game in-season, check out our link in BIO 👇⬇️💯

Dear Larson,

I’d like to start off by saying thank you. Thank you for being a leader, a mentor, and a role model not just to me but to thousands of people. Thank you for always pushing us to be better people, athletes, and students. I'm going to miss our long talks about my dreams and goals, or you simply checking in on me and my family. I'm going to miss the silly, cheesy jokes you told, and I won’t forget how you started laughing before even finishing telling them. You’ve changed my mindset on how to be a better athlete and your emphasis on becoming a better person. The things you have taught me will not only help me throughout high school and college but also throughout the rest of my life. I love you, Larson. I'll see you soon. Fly high, Angel. 🕊🤍🕊 LLBL by @lakedej
