The Blueprint Off-Season Program is for high school and college athletes who are looking to get the best available training for their athletic performance. This program is broken into 3 critical phases…

Phase 1: Athletic Armour
- Lay the foundation for future phases by developing a foundation to excel you through the later phases.

Phase 2: The Shift
- After building the foundation we shift in this phase to developing strength, power and speed while making a big focus the movement techniques and mechanics.

Phase 3: Maximum Development
- This phase turns the strength, power and speed gains from phase 2 into maximum strength, power and speed so you hit your athletic peak as you enter your season!

All phases have 3 strength training days with 2 recovery days each week! This helps to get the most out of your week performance wise while allowing the opportunity to recover at the same time.

Ready to get the most out of your off-season? DM us “blueprint” to get started!
