There are people that brighten up a room, that make the difference by their sole presence and you were one of them, my dear @matteorsn.
Since we were kids I always admired you and enjoyed every conversation, laugh, dance and confrontation we ever had. We were different but also very similar in many ways and it sometimes felt you were a mirror for me, one I sometimes found difficult to look at.
You made me feel seen and smart, and I valued your opinion way more than what I admitted.
I wish I had told you that I adored you my friend. I hope you get the message.

Di te ricordo le carezze ed i baci, la voce e le mani, le calze velate che coprivano le tue belle gambe, le sere a guardare la tv appoggiando la testa sulle tue ginocchia, i pomeriggi al lago, i pomodori al forno e le torte di pane, i racconti e contare le macchine che passavano riflesse sul soffitto, il peso del tuo sguardo la notte mentre dormivo, le smorfie per farmi ridere ed il tuo modo di dire “birichina”.
Ci sono canzoni che mi riportano a quando ti sentivo canticchiare, ritagli di giornali che non posso buttare, foto che tengo tanto strette in giorni come oggi.

Cara nonna Isa, 10 anni fa il tuo cuore si è fermato e con il tuo anche un po’ del mio. Un pezzettino se n’è andato per sempre perché tu sei stata la persona che mi ha capita ed amata di più al mondo.
Ieri Luisa ha cominciato ufficialmente il suo cammino di fede ed è alla stessa fede che mi aggrappo ogni volta che mi manchi, come oggi e come ogni giorno.
Perché so che se c’è qualcuno che ha meritato il Paradiso sei proprio tu, mia dolce nonna Isa.
