I had the pleasure of hosting @cheriedenhamcooks this summer on stage @rockoysterfestival and she was outstanding in her talent, cultural connection and storytelling. We both can chat!! Her beautifully produced books are thumbed through constantly at home and in homage to her live butter making skills and brilliant baking recipes I was inspired to put my recent birthday present of a butter churner to use alongside her sourdough bread. So delicious and time well spent! by @lambposts

It was a great pleasure hosting the inaugural Cookery Theatre @theroyalcornwall for the first 2 days. Sadly, due to weather conditions day 3 had to be cancelled. I feel for all those people, businesses and families affected. I know how much work and effort it takes to create these experiences. Personally I’d like to thank all the amazing chefs who took time out of their businesses to help celebrate the best of the Cornish culinary scene particularly in the current climate but also the unsung heroes like @themissioncode & @wafflecomms who produced the new feature and make it look, sound & run like a dream. None more so than @tonyduce who is an industry legend and fellow @hospitalityaction ambassador by @lambposts

The Royal Cornwall Show — Kernow’s biggest celebration of food, farming and rural life. 🌾🐄

I’m delighted to be the official compere for the Cookery Theatre this year alongside the brilliant @mumonmuddylane.

We’ve got a fantastic line-up of chefs, live demos, panel discussions and plenty of foodie chat across the show.
