IT’S FINALLY TIME!

I can finally share the news…

Your girl is a contestant on Season 2 of 99 to Beat! 💜

This past spring, I went on an adventure that completely exceeded my wildest dreams. I traveled to Ireland to compete alongside 99 amazing contestants. Let me tell you…the anxiety of traveling internationally by myself and meeting 99 strangers had my nerves all over the place!

But I stepped out on faith, embraced the experience, and made memories and friendships I’ll never forget.

Now it’s your turn to experience the journey with me!

Tune in for the Season 2 premiere on September 23 at 9:00 PM ET / 8:00 PM CT on FOX. Episodes stream the next day on Hulu.

I can’t wait for you all to watch, cheer me on, and see what happens! No spoilers from me… you’ll just have to tune in! 👀💜 Don’t worry I will give you plenty of reminders!

My hardest clients in the 10 years of being a Realtor!

The Bhams have finally found the one! Now we have to wait 8-10 months before our home will be finished. Who’s letting us move in? 😂 Big thanks to Teresa with First Texas Homes for working with me to secure the deal!

Shout out to my light green team for successfully completed the rope challenge! 💚 And I knew EXACTLY what my role was on that team. LISTEN TO MY TEAMMATES! Because I can barely untangle my necklaces, so I already knew I wasn’t about to be the one giving instructions! 😂

I’m not even going to post that cup stacking challenge! Listen, I was REAL LIFE cramping up, and some of those positions I was hitting trying to get those cups stacked…yeah, let’s just forget that ever happened! 😂😭

Enjoy this recap of my favorite episode 4 moments. 💕

See y’all next Wednesday for Episode 5 of 99 to Beat on FOX!

What’s new this week with new construction in DFW? If you’ve been sitting on the sidelines waiting for the right time to buy, you might want to take another look at what’s happening in our local market!

Builders are making moves, and some of these opportunities are worth paying attention to.

Here’s what’s happening across Ellis County and Southern Dallas County:

🏡 Waxahachie: Select new construction homes are seeing additional price reductions, with some previously advertised prices dropping by tens of thousands of dollars.

🏡 Red Oak: One builder is offering a $20,000 price reduction PLUS up to $10,000 toward closing costs on qualifying new builds.

🏡 Glenn Heights: Move-in-ready new construction homes are available starting in the low $300s.

🏡 Midlothian & Cedar Hill: Builders are offering incentives that may include closing cost assistance, rate buydowns, and design center allowances.

And while mortgage rates have moved higher, that doesn’t mean buyers are completely out of options.

Here’s what I want you to understand: The best deal isn’t always the home with the biggest advertised discount.

It’s the home that makes the most financial sense for YOU.

That’s why having an experienced Realtor who understands new construction, builder incentives, and the local market matters.

I’ve helped buyers navigate this process for years, and I know there’s a lot more to negotiating new construction than simply asking for closing costs.

Ready to see what’s available?

🔑 Start your home search here:

Or DM me MOVE and let’s talk about your options!

Prices and incentives are subject to change. Builder restrictions and financing qualifications may apply.
