What’s new this week with new construction in DFW? If you’ve been sitting on the sidelines waiting for the right time to buy, you might want to take another look at what’s happening in our local market! Builders are making moves, and some of these opportunities are worth paying attention to. Here’s what’s happening across Ellis County and Southern Dallas County: 🏡 Waxahachie: Select new construction homes are seeing additional price reductions, with some previously advertised prices dropping by tens of thousands of dollars. 🏡 Red Oak: One builder is offering a $20,000 price reduction PLUS up to $10,000 toward closing costs on qualifying new builds. 🏡 Glenn Heights: Move-in-ready new construction homes are available starting in the low $300s. 🏡 Midlothian & Cedar Hill: Builders are offering incentives that may include closing cost assistance, rate buydowns, and design center allowances.
