So grateful to run the She Is Beautiful 5K with my mom, my daughter, and some of my favorite girlfriends — brilliant, determined, fit, kind-hearted women who inspire me in so many ways.

And the perfect finish: sunshine, the beach, a swim, and time together. ☀️🌊

Strong women. Strong hearts. Beautiful friendships. Grateful for days like this. 💕🏃‍♀️

Best weekend!! 💙💛 Getting to see how happy Jack is at Cal Berkeley made my heart SO full! 🥹💙💛

From cheering on Cal vs. UCLA 🏈, to running every morning with my girl 🏃‍♀️💕, sharing delicious meals, laughing together, and ending with a relaxing dip in the hot tub…this weekend was absolutely perfect.

So grateful for the time together, the memories we’re making, and the blessing of watching Jack begin this exciting new chapter. ❤️

I’m already looking forward to the next adventure! 🥰💙💛

Oh my!! 🥹❤️ The best birthday run adventure EVER! 🎂🏃‍♀️

Feeling incredibly blessed and grateful for my beautiful friends who made this day so unforgettable. Sharing miles, laughter, love, and memories with people who mean so much to me made this birthday extra special. 💕

And somehow, I got to celebrate with Marathon #120 — Santa Rosa Marathon! 🏅🎉

My heart is so full. ❤️ What a gift this running journey has been, and what a blessing to have such amazing people beside me along the way.💕🎂

So thankful. So blessed. So very grateful. 🙏❤️

Some race days are about the finish time. Some are about the miles, the memories, and the people you meet along the way. Today was definitely one of those days.

The weather was perfect, the course was beautiful, the aid stations were incredible, and the runners were nothing short of inspiring. But what made today so special was getting to experience it from a different perspective—as a pacer.

I’ve run most of this race over the years, but I have to say, I’m absolutely loving this new role. There is something incredibly rewarding about running alongside someone, encouraging them through the tough miles, celebrating the good ones, and being there when they finally see that finish line. ❤️

And then came one of those unexpected moments that I’ll remember for a long time. I got to cross the finish line holding hands with my new friend from the Bay Area, Jesse. 🥹❤️ What a beautiful way to finish the day.

Running has given me so many miles, but even more than that, it has given me friendships, memories, challenges, laughter, tears, and a community of amazing people.

Thank you to the race directors and every single volunteer who gave their time and energy to make this day so special. Your hard work makes these moments possible.

Feeling incredibly grateful tonight. ❤️

Until next year, Humboldt Bay! 🌊🏃‍♀️
