When your mom runs an age graded 2:32:23 marathon (5:48/mile pace) after driving 5 hours each way to visit her grandson at UC Berkeley you have to let the world know she’s a pretty AMAZING mom, grandma and YES junior high intervention teacher.
Way to go, Lanore Bergenske! I love you!

So grateful to run the She Is Beautiful 5K with my mom, my daughter, and some of my favorite girlfriends — brilliant, determined, fit, kind-hearted women who inspire me in so many ways.

And the perfect finish: sunshine, the beach, a swim, and time together. ☀️🌊

Strong women. Strong hearts. Beautiful friendships. Grateful for days like this. 💕🏃‍♀️

One of my favorite mornings in Greece. 🇬🇷🏃‍♀️❤️
Nothing beats exploring a new city on foot—especially with my mom. We ran through the historic Panathenaic Stadium, the beautiful National Gardens, and past the Greek Parliament as Athens came to life.

Hello, Athens! 🇬🇷 What a perfect afternoon! We wandered the city, did a little shopping (with a mandatory stop at lululemon, of course! 😄), and wrapped up the day with an amazing dinner. Soaking up every moment of this incredible adventure together. 💙✨

Our second stop in Greece was beautiful Mykonos! 🇬🇷☀️

From relaxing on the beach to shopping at Nammos, every moment was filled with laughter and incredible memories.

I’m especially grateful for this opportunity to celebrate Malia’s college graduation alongside her boyfriend and my mom.

Next stop: Athens! Looking forward to exploring even more of this amazing country. 💙✨

Our first stop in Greece was unforgettable! 🇬🇷💙

The perfect way to celebrate Malia’s graduation from LMU! The highlight of our trip was chartering our own catamaran around Santorini, swimming in the crystal-clear Mediterranean Sea, and taking in the island’s breathtaking beauty.

Santorini, thank you for the incredible memories! Now we’re off to Mykonos for our next adventure. Here are a few of our favorite moments! ✨

Malia Alzina graduated yesterday from Loyola Marymount University with a B.A. in Film, Television & Media Studies — Magna Cum Laude, in three years, at age 20. 🎓❤️

Proud doesn’t even begin to describe it. Your hard work, leadership, creativity, and determination inspire me every day.

I can’t wait to watch you fly in this next chapter. ✨ #LMUGrad #proudmom
