If you know me, you know that I embrace change. I try to remember to pray about everything that I’m passionate about. Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc is one of those things. Sisterhood and relationships have been mg life blood for 42 years..so on Saturday I joined a new chapter here in metro Atlanta. I’m very happy to have this opportunity to be a part of Atlanta Suburban Alumnae Chapter by @lashawnames

So very proud of my dearest friend and Soror, the Honorable Danielle Eaddy Alleyne, on her installation as a Judge of the Court of Claims! ❤️

Since 1986, Danielle has been a constant in my life—through celebrations, heartbreaks, and everything in between. She was a hostess at my wedding and one of the first to comfort me when I lost my mother. She’s the one I can call for anything—the friend who will love me, encourage me, push me, and get me straight when I need it! That’s real friendship and real sisterhood.

Her lifelong commitment to sisterhood, scholarship, service, and social action has always been evident, and I know she will bring that same heart, integrity, and commitment to the bench.

Congratulations, Honorable Danielle Eaddy Alleyne! Nearly 40 years later, I’m still blessed to have you in my corner—and incredibly proud to be in by @lashawnames
