🥊🍑❤️👌🏾💯💪🏾

From her Atlanta Media Day at @buckheadfightclub , to the weigh-in at @centerstageatl , to Fight Night at @statefarmarena —an ELECTRIC time was had! ⚡🥊
To witness Claressa’s fortitude, willpower, and grit all over again was simply amazing. A time in my ATL city I’ll never forget!!
Thank you again, Soror @MariamArchibong 👌🏾🐘, for making the FIGHT happen in ATLANTA!
The GWOAT. THE CHAMP.

🏆🥊 She proved once again what having the RIGHT MINDSET can do!
Train the MIND & the BODY will FOLLOW! 💪🏾🧠🥊

Just a Florida girl 🌴🍊🥭 having a lil' fun... releasing some good ol' happy chemicals in the life-changing fitness studio God gave her. 💃🏾
Celebrating life... while there's still time. ❤️

Because tomorrow isn't promised, but TODAY is a gift. So I'll keep moving, keep smiling, and keep thanking God for every opportunity to LIVE.

Any age. Any stage. Keep moving.

My girl Porsha Williams showed up & shared. Many of you only know her for her role in RHOA but some if us know her fir so much more.
Thank you P, for showing up when you weren't feeling your best.
A reminder that this wellness movement is bigger you...its bigger than me! The encouragement and motivation I needed to go a little further.

I have always loved shopping for gorgeous paper products: letterhead, cards, journals. There is something so beautiful about taking a moment to share a personal thought with someone else.
My wonderful Soror LaShawn Ames did an amazing job creating these custom greeting cards for me. I can’t wait to send them out. Check her out for all of your personal greeting card designs.
