My new @lashboxla job title is officially Social Media Director, so I guess it’s probably time I start posting on this account again lol.

I won’t lie, for the past year I’ve had almost zero desire to show up on my own beauty accounts. Even opening Instagram and clicking through stories felt energetically draining, and I never wanted to force myself to create just for the sake of staying relevant. If it didn’t feel pure or authentic, I didn’t want to post it.

At the same time, I’ve been doing SO much creatively behind the scenes for Lashbox that finding the energy to come home and be creative for myself felt almost impossible.

But after a lot of reprogramming, realigning, and honestly just giving myself permission to step away, something has shifted.

I actually want to create again. I’m excited to share again. And for the first time in a while, showing up here feels like something I get to do instead of something I have to do.

No GATEKEEPING <3

Tips When Working With Spike Styler 📌 there are 2 ways to use it, before application & then after application like I’m using.

Here are a few things to remember if you are working with it before:

→ Apply a small amount to the tips of the lash strip — don’t oversaturate.
→ Use the Spike Comb and glide through once from base to tip. Avoid over-combing.
→ Let Spike Styler dry completely before pickup.
→ If your base spreads during pickup, use your adhesive + glue well to bring it back together.
→ Using it after application? Work in sections and don’t brush after styling, think of it like hairspray for your lashes.

On the strip = spikes that stay closed through brushing + washing.
After application = temporary styling that washes out.
