In a study of 280 adults, just eight minutes spent recalling something that made them angry temporarily affected their blood vessels’ ability to widen. The effect was still measurable up to 40 minutes later.

How can such a gentle touch create such a profound change?

When someone experiences Spinal Flow for the first time, they’re often surprised by how light my touch is.

Spinal Flow uses 33 access points around the sacrum, coccyx, and cranium. I use gentle, sustained contact at these points and pay attention to how the body responds. Breathing may deepen, muscles may soften, or movement may begin through the spine.

I’m not forcing anything into place. I’m giving the body space to respond in its own way and at its own pace. Sometimes a shift is subtle; other times you can see it in someone’s breath, posture, or movement.

That’s what I love about this work: the touch is gentle, yet the experience can be powerful. 💜
