Work and I don’t have a balance. I work because I love it, because I’m so passionate about what I do. I have gotten lost in the sauce. This year, I’ve dedicated myself to learning and implementing so much that I’ve put important things to the side. I can’t sit here and say I’m perfect because I’m not. This month, I’ve taken the time to really sit back and enjoy the little things, to be present. It’s been soothing and mindful. I still believe there really isn’t a perfect balance, but it’s about the little rituals that keep us sane.

Welcome to my series of Wizdom Wednesdays where I will give you some of my wizdom that has helped me during this healing journey

1. LUCKY GIRL MINDSET

this little trick that came from a TikTok. Yes, TikTok just like all the things we do these days. This has been the best life hack. It has transformed my life into a positive life. One just one thing telling myself “ I’m the luckiest girl in the world” you can use this for so many things it I can even use it for parking it’s just changing your mind and your perspective.

Some affirmations I tell myself in the morning.
- “I am so lucky”
- “Everything works out for me because I am the luckiest girl in the world”
- “Universe show me how lucky I am”
- “Things are always in my favor”
- “ I love my ability to receive all the lucky things that come into my life”
- “ I am so grateful that I am the luckiest girl in the world ”

Remember to give gratitude once you receive. Gratitude is a big part of being lucky. It’s actually the most important part. Once express your gratitude for being lucky more luck will happen.

One thing that changed my life?

Paying attention to the way I speak about myself.

I stopped saying:
“I’m always broke.”
“I’m unlucky.”
“Nothing ever works out for me.”

And started saying:
“I’m learning.”
“I’m growing.”
“I’m becoming.”

Your brain is always listening.
Your words matter.

Speak like the person you’re becoming, not the person you’re leaving behind. 🤍 by @lashwizdom

I love getting my lashes done because I wake up feeling beautiful and wear less makeup. high maintenance to stay low maintenance.
