Crispy tortilla. Melty cheese. Tender Suadero beef. 🤤🔥

Yeah… this is the kind of quesadilla you start craving all over again before you even finish the first one. 🧀🌮

🌮 Tacos hit different when they’re made like this.

Grilled tortillas, HUGE flavor, and the kind of tacos that make you immediately start planning your next visit. 👀

If you’re serious about tacos, add this one to the list. 🌮🔥

Chef Katsuji Tanabe is bringing Mexico City street-food energy to Boxyard RTP with a spot that keeps things simple: @lataqueriaboxyard only does tacos, and they do them seriously well.

Everything is slow-cooked in a choricero, creating rich, flavorful fillings packed with spice and smoky goodness. Don’t forget to pair your tacos with a mezcal cocktail on tap.

@lataqueriaboxyard is everything y’all told me it would be! Small menu by @katsujitanabe that is made to order on handmade corn tortillas. (Partner)
My favorite meat is their chorizo with the green salsa, but I also tried my first cow tongue taco here and it was soooo goooood.
Options for gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan taco lovers too!

Don’t miss this one. It might seem a little pricey for a taco shop at first, but when you get a heavy taco in hand, it will make sense. These are loaded.

Enjoy!

Be honest…

How fast would these disappear if they were sitting in front of you right now? 👀🌮.
