Record enquiries. Record settlements.
September was the biggest month in our history: $3.044 billion in loan enquiries and $1.567 billion in settlements.

Today our team came together to celebrate, with special thanks to our Real Estate Credit Finance and Customer Services teams. Chief Executive Officer, Chris Andrews, Chief Lending Officer, Cory Bannister and Chief Customer Officer, Jacki Jennings reflected on the effort behind this milestone.

More than 5,000 brokers have written a loan with us in the past 12 months. They count on us being in the market every month, with a range of products to match their clients’ needs.
That scale gives us choice, including the choice to say no to any loan that doesn’t meet our standards.

Our scale is a strength, giving us the capacity, expertise and confidence to keep supporting brokers and their clients through different market conditions.
