When we first started looking for a house, the thing I cared about most was the yard. Ironically, we ended up buying a house with no grass, a yard that hadn’t been kept up, and a whole lot of work ahead of us. 😂 My husband helped me see the vision, and two years later, we finally have a space that feels like the backyard I always dreamed of. A place for hosting, playing, movie nights, dinners outside and so many memories with our kids. We put a LOT of blood, sweat and tears into this project, and honestly, it feels so good to finally see it come together. @lattafloors was a HUGE help toward the end in getting us the right turf for our family and our yard. She’s a wonderful local mom who can help with all things flooring. We used turf from @msisurfaces by @lattafloors

The power of new flooring ✨ Renovating our new house and this one change made SUCH a difference. Huge shoutout to @lattafloors, a local Livermore flooring company that was amazing to work with from start to finish. We went with @mcmillanfloors in the color “Niobe” and it completely transformed the space. Proof that the right flooring can change everything 🤎 by @lattafloors

Products: @monarchplank Collection: HOKKAIDO Color: NARA LIGHT SMOKED We are seeing more clients choosing engineered flooring! A major shift. Everyone has different styles.. remember with engineered flooring no one plank is the same, different wood grades. Flooring can look different in different rooms, lighting, wall color , and many factors. Who knew flooring had so many options…. You ask me 3 years ago thought all the same 🤷‍♀️ With everything still learning evolving ❤️ Reminder: It’s never a “bother” to us when you are selecting your floor. PROUD ✨ Tyler was so happy this weekend he received another stripe on his belt. There has been times he would ask “mom, should I quit”.. It’s hard to watch but he has pulled through and continues to show up. We have made amazing friends at @jgacademy.brentwood who have made an impact in our families lives. We will continue to show up…. Just hope my girls will join soon. Alana suited up last year BUT 🥹 and said she was not ready yet… I don’t want to pressure but they know it’s something I want them to learn a skill to help them. The progress from this weekend to end when we started at the old studio circa November 2023… THANK YOU to all the professors and coaches at the JG academy for your guidance for my son ✨ #jgacademy #jiujitsu #empowerment #kids #networking #smallbusiness #flooring taken in Brentwood, California by @lattafloors

Flashback to some of our work of installing beautiful carpet ✨ The images are from KJT listing, homes were sold several months back QUICK! Grateful for referrals and working with the @khristajarvisteam @nicolehjung @jennifermasse.realtor (And the TEAM behind the scenes that support the all women team) I wished my husband would take more before and after BUT he is going from one job to another and honestly when he does take a photo it’s just the floor ☠️ and not the surrounding of the same angle as the measurements. ❤️ #smallbusiness #networking #flooring #hardwood #teamwork #collaboration #familybusiness taken in Danville, California by @lattafloors
