POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

When we first started looking for a house, the thing I cared about most was the yard. Ironically, we ended up buying a house with no grass, a yard that hadn’t been kept up, and a whole lot of work ahead of us. 😂

My husband helped me see the vision, and two years later, we finally have a space that feels like the backyard I always dreamed of. A place for hosting, playing, movie nights, dinners outside and so many memories with our kids.

We put a LOT of blood, sweat and tears into this project, and honestly, it feels so good to finally see it come together.

@lattafloors was a HUGE help toward the end in getting us the right turf for our family and our yard. She’s a wonderful local mom who can help with all things flooring.

We used turf from @msisurfaces

I’ve always believed people come into our lives for a reason. 💛

L & N and I met at a birthday party through mutual friends. We spent hours talking about life, family, and everything in between. Real estate probably came up somewhere along the way, but I’d much rather build genuine relationships than make every conversation about buying or selling.

Nearly two years later, they reached out... and a year ago, I had the honor of handing them the keys to their new home. 🏡🔑

Happy Housiversary, R, L & N! Thank you for trusting me to be part of your story. ❤️

The power of new flooring ✨ Renovating our new house and this one change made SUCH a difference. Huge shoutout to @lattafloors, a local Livermore flooring company that was amazing to work with from start to finish. We went with @mcmillanfloors in the color “Niobe” and it completely transformed the space. Proof that the right flooring can change everything 🤎

✨ Celebrating this WIN today! ✨
We were referred this deal from another amazing agent in our network 🤝 and the original client plan was that it would be a few months before getting the home ready to sell. Well… plans changed quickly 😅 — we had just about two weeks to prep this home!

It was already nearly move-in ready 🏡 but we added some extra touches — a fresh kitchen backsplash 🍽️, new carpet 🧼, and brighter lighting 💡 to make it truly shine ✨.

Two offers later 💥, the right buyers connected with this home — and I was lucky enough to be there as they moved in 🚚. Seeing the pure joy in their eyes 🥹 was everything.

Moments like these — from the tough conversations 💬 to the wins 🎉 to seeing your hard work shine 🌟 — are the reminders of why we do what we do ❤️.

Special thanks 🙏 to everyone that was a part of the team to make this happen! Thank you to our wonderful sellers for your trust!

Getting that email from Title that says **”We are on record!”** is such a bittersweet moment for me. 🥹✨ It’s payday 💸 and a big **CONGRATS** to my client, but it also means the end of our almost daily conversations and laughs.

I completely turned my client’s life upside down—and she was right by my side every turn of the ride. 🙌 I’ll never forget our lunches at her home while the team caused a ruckus with new flooring, hammering away, and me offering to take her out for coffee a million times… only for her to say, *“It’s fine lol.”* 😅 I truly appreciate her patience and willingness every step of the way.

Dream client turned friend. 💖 Thank you for trusting me as your agent, for trusting the plan in a market that can be unpredictable, and for letting us use **Compass Concierge** to get your home ready to sell! 🏡

If you’re thinking about buying, selling, or just curious about your options, reach out—I’d love to help! 📲
