I spent 45 minutes on Google Meet this week with a Founder who already had the product, the audience, and the launch plan mapped out.

She had spent four years sitting on the sidelines, waiting for absolute certainty before leaving her corporate role. In one session, we dismantled the hesitation, structured her launch timeline, and put the actual revenue numbers on paper.

That is the power of having an Advisor in your corner. You stop polling ten different people for permission and get the strategic clarity to execute in months what took years to overthink. She sent her resignation letter forty-eight hours later, and will start onboarding her first clients next Tuesday. 🌹

This has been my biggest summer of advisory yet. A Founder who left corporate and is on track to surpass her $200k salary in year one. A 16 year veteran finally charging what she’s worth.
