Over the past 15 years, our indoor skatepark has been a place for thousands of skaters, families, and friends to skate, learn, connect, and be part of the Launch community.

We’ve also seen how much we can do outside the walls of the skatepark through pop-ups, outdoor programs, camps, lessons, school programs, and community partnerships.

As we look at where Launch is headed and the opportunities ahead, it became clear that it’s time for the next step.

At the end of October, we’ll be closing our indoor skatepark and transitioning Launch to a 100% mobile programming model.

Our mission isn’t changing. We’re just changing how we deliver it.

Before we close the park, we hope you can skate with us this October!

October Open Skate Sessions
Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays
4–8 PM • $10
Final Public Session: Friday, October 30th

Thank you for 15 incredible years. We’re excited for what’s next! by @launchskate

This is a recap from last month’s First-Friday Linden Street pop-up event we did in collaboration with FC Moves. This was the second year we’ve done one of these, and it’s amazing to take over the street, fill it with ramps, and have a pop-up skate event that includes beginners learning the basics and a time for everyone to shred on what is otherwise a street for vehicles. These collaborations with partners in our community help us get skateboarding out there and get more people on boards. Launch plans to do more and more of these in the future!

Thank you to everyone who came out to make this happen and skate with us!

We are beyond proud to feature Launch Board of Directors member and iconic Vision Skateboards Pro @joe.johnson43

Joe has been an integral part of keeping our community rolling, and he’s bringing massive skateboarding history to this year’s All Hands on Deck fundraiser.

Fresh off attending the historic 50 Years of Vision exhibition in Los Angeles, Joe teamed up with @saiz5412 to create this unique, one-of-a-kind deck in this year’s show.

The Deck: One of Joe’s actual personal rider boards, intricately hand-carved into a stunning feather shape by Steve Saiz and hand-signed by Joe on the top deck.

The History: A rare, pristine collection of original 1980s skate stickers straight from Joe’s personal collection

Bonus: An official T-shirt and stickers from the recent 50 Years of Vision retrospective exhibit that Joe contributed to.

The Provenance: A signed letter from Joe detailing the rich history of this exact board.

This is a true piece of skate history you will never see anywhere else. Tap the link in our bio to check it out, place your bids, and browse all 70 of the amazing decks and packages live right now!
