A passage that became so real to me on this trip is Psalm 139:7-10

“Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend into heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there. If I take the wings of the morning, And dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, Even there Your hand shall lead me, And Your right hand shall hold me.”

No matter where we go He is always near. It really can be difficult to believe or understand certain things until you experience it for yourself. I’ve heard and read so many times to be aware of God’s presence in daily tasks, but I don’t think I actually understood the reality of this. In the airports, hotel, bus rides, running with the kids, and everywhere else we went, I could not escape His presence. I felt it. The more I learn about Jesus, the more I see how great His love is. I can’t ever do enough or say enough of the right things, and yet He already loves. It’s so simple and so beautiful. taken in Asia by @laura.n.klein

Malaysia 🇲🇾

This trip was transformational. The people we were able to meet, serve, and connect with allowed me to know a deeper understanding of God’s love. In a village at the top of a mountain, we were met by His presence. In a youth service at EPCC we were filled with His joy. After a long day of ministry, His peace washed over me and tears filled my eyes as I reflected on His goodness. Every day looked so different, but I was reminded of how simple it is to follow Jesus and how God remains the same no matter where you go. These people feel like family now, and I am grateful for this experience.

Thank you to everyone who donated and supported me through prayer!! Your generosity blessed me, and I hope these pictures and videos make you smile like they did for me. I can’t fully put into words what this mission trip did for me, but I am forever marked ❤️

I am so excited to share I will be going on my FIRST mission trip to Penang, Malaysia!!🥳 Our team has the opportunity to serve a local church in their youth and college ministry as well as any other needs they may have!

It is ALL for His glory

Going into Passion Conference this year was chaotic as heck. A day before we were supposed to leave we found out we couldn’t check into our hotel, the next morning as we were packing the car our luggage did not fit, and we were all frustrated and tired because we just wanted to get there. We found one hotel available but it was a little sketchy and at this point, all 6 of us were going on a prayer that the Lord would provide for us.

He exceeded my expectations. Throughout the 3 days, He provided community, safety, and pure joy. Being surrounded by young adults who are passionate about Jesus and came in ready to receive was so powerful and moving. Hands were lifted up high across the entire arena to glorify and praise His name.

Life is not easy and it certainly does not always go how we expect it to, but life with Jesus is fulfilling in ways that are unimaginable.

A few years ago, I was trapped in depression, isolation, and loneliness. I did not know what my purpose was, and I had no idea how much I was loved by my Creator. When I said yes to Jesus, He saved me from sin and darkness and removed its immense weight from my shoulders.

Everything is for Him and for His glory. He can turn ALL things into good. Even our most painful, frustrating, confusing moments can be turned into good if you let Him.
