Proud Coach ⭐️
@georgina_trains_for_wine_ getting a new PB on her 10k
@nicolala_land for smashing her 10k race and pushing herself so hard
@_kayleighs.world_ achieving her first marathon after a really tough training block

Team Live Well absolutely smashed their Brighton races this weekend and I couldn’t be prouder 🥹

Ok so the bunny has been, you have loads of chocolate in your house and the urge to tell yourself “I just need to eat it all first then I can….” Is creeping in

But let’s be honest chocolate lasts ages.
Chocolate can fit your goals
Eating it all at once or in a rush takes away some of its joy
Spreading it out make more space for more chocolate happy moments
It takes away the feelings of guilt or shame you may feel when you eat it all
You don’t need to empty your house of Easter goods to be able to focus on your goals!

I always thought being smug was a bad thing but now I embrace my smug feelings!
Smug because I got myself working out this week
Smug because I choose food options that aligned with goals this week
Smug because I’ve kept trying even when it feels bloody hard!

The endless diet culture loop!
Make us feel shit
Promise of fast change
Struggles to sustain change
Feel shit and then the loop continues!

It keeps us buying and feeling crap!

I won’t promise fast results but I will promise I will always offer the tools needed to improve your relationship with food, body image, self compassion and mindset which my clients know has helped them endlessly to reach their goals
