I bloody did it, my first ever middle distance triathlon at Vitruvian 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Lost my water within the first mile of the cycle, got the worst cramp for most of the bike and nearly hit by a car, ready to bail before the run. So glad I didn't!!

So lucky to have the support I do, one step closer to Copenhagen Ironman 2026. by @lauraahodgeee

More women. More bikes. More laughing until your face hurts ❤️

I think we all need more weekends like this 🥹

Three days in the New Forest. Bikes, gravel, a LOT of chatting, a fair bit of eating, some fun riding in sand for the first time and soooo much laughter.

This is exactly what I wanted Gravel & Chats to be.

Not about being the fastest or the fittest. Just women getting together, riding bikes, trying things, having adventures and making new friends along the way.

Thank you ladies. What a weekend 🫶

And the 2027 dates are now live 👀

Want to join us? Comment GRAVEL and I’ll send you the details 💚

A few weeks ago @ellyyykk aka @ellyhench completed Lap of the lakes to raise awareness and fundraise for the @head_up_charity and I had the absolute honor of being part of the support crew for 24 hours.

Her fundraiser link is:

I am in absolute awe of my legend of a friend for even starting this INSANE challenge. I am so so so proud of her for not only finishing what she set out to do but smashing the challenge!! Her support team were also all legends too and it was such an incredible experience to be part of!!
