Happy 9th Birthday to my darling girl! 🎀

Sometimes you snuggle with me; Sometimes you want your own space.
Sometimes you want to put your lip gloss and blusher on; Sometimes you want to play dress up.
Sometimes you want to play on your tablet; Sometimes you want to play with your babies and toys.
Sometimes you want Mummy to do it all for you; Sometimes you’re just Miss Independent.
Sometimes you want to listen to “cool” music; Sometimes you want to watch Bluey.

This is nine. Not quite grown up, but not quite a baby. I treasure the moments you talk to your toys, the moments you snuggle me in so tightly.

Willow, don’t worry about growing up. Just enjoy being a child. Enjoy being 9! 🎀
