The more I experience, the more I realize that life is really about who you share it with ♥️ One of the greatest gifts of building @fieldswell has been the people it has brought into my life, some who I have known for years, and others I never would’ve met if I hadn’t taken the leap to start this journey.

Feeling very grateful for this community. Thank you to those who joined us and made this night extra special ✨ @steak48delmar

What a day! what a moment… recapping our first @fieldswell festival 🌿 thank you to those of you who joined us and for those who helped bring this vision to life. I’m filled with gratitude for such an unforgettable experience.

What started as a personal wellness journey now feels like so much more, thanks to our community. We love you ❤️

Who’s ready for our next event?

Had so much fun joining @localistsd on @fox5sandiego this morning to talk all things Fieldswell! 🎥✨

A pretty special reminder of what can happen when you’re willing to show up, share your story, and put yourself out there.

And San Diego — see you this Sunday for Next Level You!

Wearing my weighted @aion.gear vest while hearing the story behind it from founder @brentyatesofficial = pretty epic 💪

We talked about resilience, transformation, and what it takes to keep moving forward when life gets heavy.

Here are 10 mindset shifts that changed the game for me.

Some I learned the hard way. Some I’m still working on. All of them have changed the way I think about success, confidence, relationships, and what it actually takes to build a life that feels true to you.

I’m 33 and still figuring it out. But I know a lot more than I did at 23.

“If you fight for your limitations, you get to keep them.” 🧠

Our circumstances may shape us, but they don’t have to define what we’re capable of. Your mind is always listening. Be careful what you tell it.

Thank you @jimkwik for the reminder to keep expanding what we believe is possible and truly become limitless.

All Flower, No Filler. This is one of my favorite philosophies from @madeline.spath founder of @fleurco.designs 🌸 In design and in life, focus on what brings you joy and be willing to cut what doesn’t.

The best spaces—and lives—aren’t perfect. They’re personal.
