A heartfelt thank you to the beautiful Lauren Fields for creating such a meaningful space and giving me the opportunity to connect, share my story, and speak from the heart with her incredible community. 💗 I truly believe that when we have the courage to share our journeys, embrace our vulnerability, and stand in our truth, we create space for others to do the same. My hope is that through sharing my experiences and the lessons that have shaped me, I can uplift, inspire, and remind others that they, too, have permission to live authentically, embrace every chapter of their story, and become all they were created to be. There is something so powerful about women coming together, sharing their wisdom, and reminding one another that our stories matter. When we give ourselves permission to live in our truth, we inspire others to find the courage to live in theirs. ✨ With love and gratitude, Krystia Rae 🤍 #Podcast #spirituality #MotivationalSpeaker #Vitality #Explore

Your career has evolved. Your confidence has evolved. Your responsibilities have evolved. But has your wardrobe evolved with you? Sometimes the disconnect isn’t that you have “nothing to wear.” It’s that what’s in your closet still reflects an earlier version of your life, while you’ve already moved forward. The goal isn’t to become someone else or chase every new trend. It’s to make sure the way you show up visually feels aligned with the woman you are today-and the rooms you’re walking into next. Your experience already speaks for itself. Your wardrobe can simply help introduce it. If you’ve been feeling that disconnect lately, DM me ALIGN and let’s talk about what it could look like to bring vour wardrobe up to where you are now.

you’re one ask away from a completely different life an introduction, an opportunity, a seat at the table, a conversation that changes everything for you but a lot of good people are TERRIBLE at asking (I know I was) bc somewhere along the way, we were taught “be humble” “give” “serve” “don’t expect anything back” so we learned how to provide value to everyone else… but felt guilty the second we needed something too but that is NOT humility!! life is an exchange of value for everyone yes give when there is absolutely nothing in it for you & serve people because that is who YOU are but there are also going to be moments where you NEED to ask & it isn’t selfish just because you benefit from the answer the question is “does this only serve me? Or can I create a win for both of us?” for me that changed everyyyything it’s (obviously) not “what can I get from this person?” it’s “what does this person value AND how can I create enough value that helping me makes sense for them too? being a good person matters but being good hearted without learning how to advocate for yourself will leave you liked, helpful…and overlooked

Healing and life elevation require optimizing your thought processes as well as optimizing your physical body. What you think about your genetic disposition, what you think about the protocols, what you think about the possibility of healing and elevating your life directly impacts the probability of your protocols actually working. We are living in the most extraordinary time with the most advanced science, technology, and medicine. If there was ever a time where you could heal, elevate, and live an extraordinary life, the time is now. May this sink into your bones, and may it carry you to where you long to be. “You shouldn’t care what people think” is terrible advice. You shouldn’t let everybody’s opinion control you. That’s different. But perception matters. If you want a certain outcome in your life- people to trust you, invest in you, follow you, respect you, etc then how people perceive you is part of the equation. We can be mad that the world works like that. We can say, “don’t judge a book by its cover” or “it’s what’s on the inside that counts” And that’s fine… but that doesn’t change human behavior. People make assumptions before they know you, decisions based on what they can see, what they’ve heard, how you present yourself, how you communicate. You do it TOO. And I had to learn this myself. There was a period where I posted a content I would never post now. And people were selling it as “empowerment” but it’s actually just ignorance. I had to ask myself a more mature question: “Is the perception I’m creating aligned with the outcome I say I want?” Because if perception is going to exist anyway, I’d rather understand it and use it intentionally than pretend I’m above it. Wouldn’t you?
