So grateful for last night’s magic—for your energy, wisdom, and the powerful mirrors you are. My little copal burner was waiting for me this morning, a faithful guardian reminding me our circle’s vibration lives on.

Spring equinox fire ceremony with women… a special cacao ceremony with my witchy friend …new moon in Pisces. All the energy of the mystic healer , the priestess and the old ways. Transformative energy , releasing the old and making way for the new. Spring nettles and spring garlic popping up. The cherry blossoms are in bloom. This page has gone from swallowtail apothecary to milk and honey cafe / apothecary to village herbalist. Transformation from my apothecary on Anderson st at the UFF in Portland Maine to my space on cove st at Milk & Honey where I brewed herbal potions and wines, fed out beautiful food and held my classes , herb fest and apprenticeships. Now I’m in Amsterdam , still a village herbalist here in this cozy lovely city. Growing and making plant magic. Feeling so much in a new transformed phase of my life with my silver and grey hair and all that I hold. Coming back to myself after so many years of the full nurturer and holder of the full experience of Mother Earth energy. Such beautiful steps through life. Being present in each one is such a gift.
Our name Pignatello means little pine cone , or little pot in Italian. We had the privilege of attending @primorestaurant inaugural #makersmarket alongside the most inspiring talent. @sylviroy.creative your ceramics are sublime.

We dropped our #HoneyBerry yogurt and sold out in an instant. Fresh picked from @fullforkfarm, the decision is made… @swallowtailcreamery is launching Honey Berry as our everyday fruit varietal. Stay tuned for our retail partners stocking this native North American treasurer.

We sampled our cultured butter which is creamed off the top of our creamy Greek yogurt when it wakes from a 12 hour slumber. So rich in color, our #culturedbutter is regularly mistaken as cheese! Limited supplies will soon be available for order via our updated webshop.

Starting a new yet old venture. Congratulations to my very hardworking husband who never gives up , who held it all together. And is so strong in so many ways.

It was a huge undertaking moving on from our little farm and creamery… as much as all the work it took to keep it all going. All the pieces ! There were so many ! The move to the Netherlands was epic and not for the faint of heart to move across the sea into so much unknown. He is loving it and said it feels like he was dropped off in heaven haha.
He’s excited to work on old Amsterdam houses and put his tool belt on again. He passed the yogurt jar! Bravo to him , I’m so happy for him ❤️🌷 taken in Amsterdam, Netherlands by @laurenlittlepine

Welcome our newest joy, @swallowtailcreamery Honey Berry Creamery Greek Yogurt!

Those moments when you’re standing in front of people who are tasting something that took a village to craft. @myvillageherbalist consulting on the recipe from Amsterdam. @rainabstefani guiding my hand from Martha’s Vineyard as the berries are rendered into the perfect compote. 3:30am as the yogurt and berries come together. 11am and the first test, “OMG this is delicious! Tart but not too tart. Sweet but not too sweet. Other yogurts are waaaaay too sweet. This is incredible.” We almost shed tears from exhaustion and joy. Honey Berry, think you may be our next favorite @swallowtailcreamery permanent product.

Our Maine fruit varietal drops again on 13 July @primorestaurant market day. Join us in #rocklandmaine. 24 jars remaining. The season came fast and leaves as quickly. Follow @fullforkfarm our #honeyberry farmers! xo
