Dear Sisters ! ♥️
So grateful for last night’s magic—for your energy, wisdom, and the powerful mirrors you are. My little copal burner was waiting for me this morning, a faithful guardian reminding me our circle’s vibration lives on.

May all we shared stay with us until we meet again. Together we heal, together we grow. If anyone needs support or just a listening ear, I’m here, always. 🌑🪶

Check for our next meeting on Hipsy “Ensalma.”

1850’s farmhouse renovations underway. We’ve tidied and hauled away heaps. Six weeks of intense labor with a few hands, though many hearts, running @swallowtailcreamery. The village at Coopers Mills 04341 is transforming ❣️

Today we unveil the removal of the front canopy. These arborvitae and cedar are overgrown and topped by the state who own overhead power lines. It is time for the timber to become something else (more on that later). We’re only 50% thru the work and the felled trees are so fragrant.

We will install our expanded pollinator gardens, and new Monarch butterfly sanctuary. Our namesake Swallowtail butterflies will have plenty to drink. For every tree felled we are planting sugar maple, aspen, larch, and more across the property. Much content to follow over the many months ahead.

Thank you to all who’ve assisted near and far.

Pardon our mess as we enter the very early stages of our front garden renovation. Lots of timber on the ground. More to tumble. For each arborvitae we fell, another two of native evergreen, sugar maple, aspen, dogwood and others will be added. Oh and the edible farm, we will double our planting PLUS we’re adding native milkweed as we build our Monarch sanctuary! Our namesake Swallowtails will suckle on our extended pollinator garden. xo

Thank you @stihl for the amazing easy start chainsaw. Makes for easy work.

We had the privilege of attending @primorestaurant inaugural #makersmarket alongside the most inspiring talent. @sylviroy.creative your ceramics are sublime.

We dropped our #HoneyBerry yogurt and sold out in an instant. Fresh picked from @fullforkfarm, the decision is made… @swallowtailcreamery is launching Honey Berry as our everyday fruit varietal. Stay tuned for our retail partners stocking this native North American treasurer.

We sampled our cultured butter which is creamed off the top of our creamy Greek yogurt when it wakes from a 12 hour slumber. So rich in color, our #culturedbutter is regularly mistaken as cheese! Limited supplies will soon be available for order via our updated webshop.

Thank you @primorestaurant for the most incredible event! August 10 cannot come soon enough for Makers Market No.2. A very special thanks to #pastrychef Mel Legare @melicious1985 for her love and generous breads and focaccia that paired so nicely with our creamy butter. @chefmelissak the oasis you’ve created in #midcoastmaine is #heavenonearth x

Welcome our newest joy, @swallowtailcreamery Honey Berry Creamery Greek Yogurt!

Those moments when you’re standing in front of people who are tasting something that took a village to craft. @myvillageherbalist consulting on the recipe from Amsterdam. @rainabstefani guiding my hand from Martha’s Vineyard as the berries are rendered into the perfect compote. 3:30am as the yogurt and berries come together. 11am and the first test, “OMG this is delicious! Tart but not too tart. Sweet but not too sweet. Other yogurts are waaaaay too sweet. This is incredible.” We almost shed tears from exhaustion and joy. Honey Berry, think you may be our next favorite @swallowtailcreamery permanent product.

Our Maine fruit varietal drops again on 13 July @primorestaurant market day. Join us in #rocklandmaine. 24 jars remaining. The season came fast and leaves as quickly. Follow @fullforkfarm our #honeyberry farmers! xo

Yesterday we received the call from @fullforkfarm, “I just picked Honey Berries and I’ve a couple of flats if you wanna try to work some magic.” Our answer, “Heck yeah!” What follows is time lapse over 16 hours. The berries arrived at 6:45 PM on July 7. Our Honeyberry variety dropped July 8, 11am at @freedom_farmers_market at the @thelostkitchen. A massive success! The feedback… “Pleasantly tart and not too sweet,” “Taste like a fresh pie.” “Wow!” Search Honey Berries and let us know what you think. Should we consider the berry a new permanent product? Carr to sample? We are dropping the varietal again on the 13th. Standby for the release location. x

We look to the past as we navigate our future. This shingle speaks to long and countless hours, sleepless nights, and ultimately significant joy; our rescued treasure soon displayed in place of honor.
