Man... where do I start?! I was rooting for this guy since Day 1. Through the Shrine Bowl and all through Draft Prep. I never once doubted your success and ability to achieve your goals. Proud of how far you've come and watching you level up from here!

Invested in my people and love being able to help them with bodywork and recovery.

Meet your LMT. ✌🏼

I have worked in the fitness/health industry since I was 16 years old. I have a background in personal training and have worked alongside physical therapists and chiropractors. I became a licensed massage therapist in 2020 and have worked with post op patients, general population, bodybuilders, and athletes at all different levels. Sports massage, deep tissue and corrective exercise is where my passion lies. I am constantly looking for ways to improve as a therapist through learning different techniques and continuing education. I am a huge football girly and working with the NFL Combine, NFL, UFL, etc has been the highlight of my career thus far. In my free time I enjoy traveling with my husband and being at the beach. I'm a dog mom and love them to pieces! I have a lot I want to accomplish in life and i'm truly passionate about what I do! taken in Dallas, Texas by @laurenm.lmt

10/10 recommend visiting Moorea, French Polynesia 🇵🇫. Experience of a lifetime!! I will never forget this trip. From swimming with my absolute fave (stingrays & sharks), chasing and swimming with whales, to exploring the local culture & foods. The food was an adjustment & makes me appreciate my protein in the states much more haha! Blessed to have experienced this 🙏🏼 🌴 🌞 by @laurenm.lmt
