“Undress to your comfort level” means exactly that, YOUR comfort level. It doesn’t matter to your massage therapist how much clothing you leave on, or take off. If you’re not mentally relaxed you won’t be able to truly enjoy your massage. Any clothing you leave on will be left in its place, we are more then happy to work around it. Do what makes you feel relaxed, after all that is the main goal of a massage 🤍 taking time to relax 🤍

Kick PMS to the curb with this amazing CBN Bath Tea from @leef_organics . I am a big advocate of talking about menstrual cycles and helping each other find ways to elevate the pain and discomfort that can come along with it. I’ve been using this bath tea for 3 months to help elevate my symptoms, and y’all, I am SHOOK! I usually have pretty severe PMS symptoms, and so far this bath tea has helped me eliminate having to take anti inflammatory meds like Advil and ibuprofen! It’s one’s of those things that sounds too good to be true, but isn’t! So when you’re ready to try some for yourself, send me a message, we’ll get you hooked up with the good stuff!!

Clean ingredients in your daily cleaning products are just as important as clean eating! I know so many people with sensitive skin who use unscented products due to the chemicals used to create fragrance in your big name Laundry brands. I have been using @topangascents for almost 3 months and have had 0 issues and the scents are out of this world! Ready to try for yourself? Reach out and grab a sample to try for yourself, their variety of luxury fragrances are AMAZING for all fragrance preferences.
