Ready to build toward your next silks skill? ✨

Join Lauren Avon @laurennavon
Sundays at 11AM for Silks Skill & Trick Progressions, an all-levels class designed to help you build your aerial skills one progression at a time.

Rather than everyone working toward the exact same endpoint, Lauren will break selected skills and tricks into progressive stages so you can work at the level that’s right for you.

✨ Learning a skill for the first time? Build the foundations.
✨ Already have it? Refine your technique.
✨ Ready for more? Work toward the next progression or variation.

Skills will vary from class to class and will be selected based on the experience and needs of the students attending.

Learn and perfect every skill along the way to bigger tricks.

Thank you all for the birthday love!

We’ve been working hard to save as many overlooked animals as we can this year! If you feel inclined, it would mean the world to me if you donated, shared this, and/or gave @weirdrescue a follow.

Any kind of support helps us continue our mission of saving more weirdos 💚🐾 by @laurennavon
