She steals the show every time we go somewhere fancy, so I’ve stopped trying at this point. She looked like she just walked off the red carpet I think I remember a small child asking for her autograph 🎩💎 taken in Elements at the Sanctuary Resort by @laurentseivert

I bet most women know the feeling of looking back to see something you used to do quite regularly and considered ordinary was… actually the exact opposite. Hindsight is such a useless bitch sometimes.

Miami at 2 a.m. looked very different when I thought nobody was watching.

I used to walk through the city alone at ridiculous hours, taking pictures, vibing to music, feeling completely at home in my own life. I felt safe. I felt free.

I didn’t know I was being followed. I didn’t know men had been hired to monitor my movements. I simply did not know I was being watched, always.

Months later, I came to realize that was my new reality.

There is a particular kind of violation in realizing that your freedom was being observed while you were still living inside it.

These photographs remain the same, but how I look at them and more importantly how I walk through the world is completely different. Now I simply feel watched, always.

Same book, different story.📖

So it turns out writing a book is apparently just an elaborate excuse to drink tea in different rooms and aggressively cross things out in pink ink.

Spent my birthday in sweatpants with my best friends at the movies. Spider Man saved the city and frankly, I was overdressed. 🍿🕸️
