@laurentseivert — Art Dealer. Art History major. Blank beige walls are a cry for my help & could use some rocknroll vibes. Don’t worry. I know a guy.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Let me leave you with these photographs — colorful, the anchor to your room, yet have an edge (like a new newness) to them unlike the MUCH played out striped “qualudes” jars that have your entire neighborhood in a chokehold. Or even worse those sloppy bunny paintings that have been shilled since before I was born and somehow just keep multiplying.

The brilliant and bright colors of these works are mesmerizing and meticulously placed plus they are rare… that is truly the point of all the art and artistry that I love and support. You don’t want to wear the same dress as someone else to an event.. why would you want your dream home and sanctuary to have the same old artwork as your friends and neighbors? It will be a proud moment when you have people over and they are asking where on earth you find your amazing art. And you simply say oh my art dealer travels the world to find rare and unique pieces that remind her of me. That’s a flex!

If you want whimsy for four times the size, a rarer piece of art…DM for details on sales and pricing for this and all the artists on this page by @theartworldplug

@hushartist is for the collector who likes their calm one hour yoga meditation affirmation session immediately followed by a double shot of espresso and I appreciate the dichotomy, truly.

Graphic, controlled, quietly electric — like a Lost in Translation still in art form. It doesn’t scream for attention, it just changes the temperature of the room.

Of course my favorite is the painted snowboards! In a game room, or an office in my opinion there’s nothing that beats a signed guitar or framed first edition book or these snowboards! So unique.

The details when you look up close are impeccable but the style is still so current. No notes 😍 by @theartworldplug

@bramreijnders feels like a good purchase I’ll never apologize for — loud, a little reckless, impossibly self-aware.

If it’s going on my wall, it better wake the room up. Word of warning: not ideal for a meditation/ yoga room. You’ll hear colors! by @theartworldplug

I’m endlessly inspired by Nigel Conway — every piece is completely its own universe. The scale alone commands the room, and the color refuses to whisper. It’s bold, imperfect, expressive, and unapologetically human.

I especially love this work as an example for kids: you don’t have to be perfect to be worthy of love. You don’t have to look any kind of way to fit in. Sometimes the magic is in the wonky lines, the oversized eyes, the too-big lips.

My current obsession: @battaglini_art ♥️👑♥️ combining classical and pop culture graffiti!!!!!!

Let’s normalize country homes with original molding, extravagant wallpaper and artwork in golden frames that is a tad bit perverse but only if you look closely!
Can’t we all just be honest that Kim K’s house with all beige walls and furniture is a lot creepy?! #freekim #artdealer #palaceofversailles by @theartworldplug

It was such an honor to be on the host committee for this @mocanomi event and I hope my future travel schedule will continue to let me be an asset to this museum. Lately I’ve been spending most of my time in Scottsdale Arizona so please DM if you have any opportunities for me to help in the art community or if you need any help at all, nothing is too big or too small ✨ xxx, LSB taken in Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami by @theartworldplug

Attending an art event that raises money so they can keep doing the amazing work they are passionate about and being able to help by being on the host committee just filled my heart in a way I can’t describe. I met some likeminded friends who I still cherish and I definitely appreciated having my name on the wall, it was truly an honor.
✨if you’ve never taken the time to go to @mocanomi , I promise you it’s what you expect and then some! The artist they curate simply create magic around every corner. And one thing I love is an incredible gift shop! There’s is one of the best ones Ive ever seen. ✨

I truly apologize in advance that as an Art History major, I am completely insufferable at museums.
Me: “Beautiful composition.”
Also me: “ Now let’s discuss the tax strategy behind this generous loan.” Kidding. Mostly. Unless your love language is tax loopholes too 😍♥️ taken in Wonder Space by @theartworldplug

I go to Basel for the art. The art goes to Basel for me. Already packing—last year, Basel survived without me, barely. Major Night at the Museum vibes. #artbasel #faenahotelmiamibeach taken in Faena by @theartworldplug

✨ I know the influence I know the impact and I know the vibes. And the girlies love the vibes! And that’s just what it’s about. ✨ - @juliafox

Insider note from someone who places things for a living: @rockstargallery is a sourcing gallery genius. If you’re designing a game room, theater, or music studio—or collecting vintage tees—start there. A guitar from your favorite band on the wall isn’t décor, it’s statement. 🎸 by @theartworldplug

If I get vibes from a couple who recently moved into their new home & plan on entertaining often, I’ll definitely do my best in setting the ambience for them. All you need to host a chill session, or one notch above that a semi wild cocktail party where the next day, everyone is trying to piece together the events of the night in the group chat. Anyway, there are but three things to accomplish such a party with an actual wait list: an off the hook playlist, a fully stocked fridge with all the party accoutrement, and some art that makes you feel like you’re partying in Lenny Kravitz house. These unique pieces of colorful vinyls by @worldrecordsbykaischaefer really do lend themselves to both: many nights of relaxing AND pour me another. You know you had a good time when you wake up on the pool floaty 🦢 by @theartworldplug

These lacquered bookshelves come in almost any theme, and you can find yourself staring at them for longer than you’d like to admit. Your art in your home should reflect your soul and tell a story about who you are. What does your art say about you? by @theartworldplug
