Last game in Tennessee ❤️⬇️ Crazy to think this is where she picked up a stick for the first time a little over a year ago. So thankful for the coaches, teammates, and families who helped along the way. As Miliatry life goes, it’s time for a new adventure in Maryland. Excited, grateful, and ready for what’s ahead. 🥍 #laxdad #lacrosse #laxlife #girldad #womenslacrosse by @laxdad.j

One of our favorite ways to work on speed! 🏃‍♀️ We do 6–8 laps on an indoor track or 3–4 laps outside. Walk the corner until about halfway through, then start building speed. By the time you hit the straightaway, you should be at full speed for a 40–50m sprint. Then do it again! The goal is to get comfortable building speed and learn how to turn it on when it’s time to go. 💪🥍 #lax #laxdad #speed #womenslacrosse #training by @laxdad.j
