✨ Your Monday Reminder ✨

Self Care doesn't have to happen on Sunday ❤️

Take a moment to slow down…

Allow your body to soften, and give yourself permission to simply breathe.

As you settle into Supported Fish Pose, imagine creating space, not just across your chest, but within your mind and your heart.

Breathe in… and make space for peace.

Breathe out… and release the tension you've been carrying.

You don't always have to be strong by pushing forward.

Sometimes strength looks like pausing.
Resting.
Receiving.
And allowing yourself to be supported.

Today, remind yourself:

I make space for myself.
I honor my body.
I release what no longer serves me.
I am allowed to rest, restore, and breathe.

Take one more deep breath in…

And slowly exhale.

Nourish. Restore. Rise.

Be Happy! Be Healthy!! Do Yoga!!!
