Happy happy heavenly birthday to my baby brother man . He would be 18 today . Nobody understands how happy this he would have been. I just know he a would be running around talking about I’m grown now in 18 with a huge smile on his omg how I would of loved to cherish that moment man 💔🫠 I’m so conflicted with the happy memories but the pain of this hurt got me feeling off a bit . Today at the AAMWA Walk, we had the opportunity to spread love in the simplest way, handwritten uplifting notes, Scriptures, and flowers for people along the way. Watching faces light up, seeing people smile, dance, laugh, and feel encouraged reminded me just how powerful a small act of kindness can be.

I also got to run & walk the 5K with my baby girl in the stroller 🥹🤍 and somehow, in the middle of all the walking, and sweating I felt so full of joy.

This experience was a beautiful reminder that we don’t always have to do something big to make an impact. Sometimes, a flower, a kind word, a smile, or a reminder of Jesus is all someone needs.

We came to spread love. We came to encourage. We came to remind people that Jesus sees them and loves them. 🌸✝️

And I’d do it all over again.
