You found the kind of Mount Pleasant home that makes you want to slow down and stay awhile. 🌿🌊

Welcome to this beautifully appointed 5-bedroom, 4-bath home tucked away in Wakendaw Lakes, where privacy, thoughtful design and Lowcountry living come together.

5 things I love about this home:

1️⃣ On a tidal creek with views from the primary suite and private upstairs deck.

2️⃣ The outdoor living made for Lowcountry entertaining

3️⃣ The kitchen — a true standout with Calacatta Gold Silestone countertops, a gourmet layout and butler’s pantry with plenty of storage.

4️⃣ The private retreat of a primary suite

5️⃣ The extras you don’t always see — impact-resistant windows, a whole-house Generac generator, tankless gas water heater, and three-zone HVAC.

And then there’s Wakendaw Lakes — quiet, tucked away and surrounded by lakes and creeks, while still being conveniently close to shopping, dining, downtown Charleston and the beach.

Want to see it for yourself? Send me a message to schedule a private tour.

Closing out 2025 with immense gratitude - 26 homes sold, $37M in volume and the privilege of representing some truly wonderful clients. Thank you for trusting me with such meaningful milestones.

As I look ahead to 2026, I’m inspired by what’s next and excited to serve Isle of Palms, where my love for coastal living began. by @layne.kipp
