#ifbbbikinipro Show #5 this season @southernmuscleshowdown 😍😍 3rd place 🥉 If you know me, you know this show holds a special place in my heart so I try to make it a priority to compete here as often as possible. Thank you @thestevepayne and all the staff, expediters, and judges for putting on such an awesome show. It continues to grow and it’s exciting to watch. Thank you for taking care of us 🙏🏽🫶🏽

I made a promise that when I got my pro card, I’d go in as a pro. I planned for 5-6 shows this year and delivered. I’m not at all ready to sit down, but this show marks the end of my pro rookie season. While I feel like I have more to give, I know my health and life matter more. Going into my off season, I’m taking all the feedback I’ve gained and applying it with pressure for next season, which I’m so excited for. 😁

I want that Masters Olympia qualification more than you know as this has been a dream of mine since I started competing. This and to place higher in open. I’m so thankful that I’ve been blessed with the mental/physical health, energy, discipline, tenacity, strength and determination to compete, so I will as long as I can. 🙌🏽

Thank you to my coach & team, friends, family, and supporters for walking with me through this journey and for keeping me motivated & encouraged. The most challenging situations always seem to happen in prep and this season was no exception. Those who know me and what I’ve been through, thank you so much for being there for me. I love y’all! ❤️🥹 Staying out the way is how I’ve always been, but you all see me and I really, really appreciate it!

#latergram #ifbbbikinipro Show #4 of the season…Daytona Pro 9/26/26 @npc_ifbb_daytona_pro_am This was the fullest package I’ve ever brought to stage and it did not disappoint. This was also the show that told me my digestion can no longer tolerate chicken 😅🫤. Despite my discomfort on stage, I was still able to confidently present my package. Placing 4th was not the goal, but I’m always grateful & appreciate the judges feedback.

From the show before this one, we took the feedback & applied it, but it was not exactly what these judges preferred. My goals are still my goals, so on to the next one.

Thank you for all the support and encouragement. 🙏🏽 It means more than you know. 🥹

Pro rookie season show #4….Masters 40+ 3rd place and Open 7th place against phenomenal groups of women and Olympians. 🙏🏽 I’m so grateful for this!

The @ifbbpro_npc_oklahoma show was the funnest show I’ve competed in as an IFBB Pro thus far. I connected with so many amazing women and met some of my all time favorites. 😍 I now truly feel like I belong here. The amount of support these women showed and compliments thrown here and there helped me see that I’m not alone. This is definitely a lonely sport & can be, interesting to say the least, but we all know what it is.🤩

Thank you to the promoters for taking care of us with the pro lounge, snacks, treats, and for making our space was comfortable and spacious. Thank you to the judges for paying extra attention to each of us and giving us our stage time. Thank you to the expeditors for ensuring we were where we needed to be at the right times. Thank you to all the beautiful ladies & fellow competitors who showed me love. Thank you to my friends, family, coach, and supporters for keeping me encouraged. Especially these last two weeks through the stressors that have occurred, almost causing me to give up on this show. 💚🥰😘
God is good! 🙌🏽

I didn’t place how I wanted, but improvements were definitely made as this was my highest placing in both masters and open. I’m working hard on this feedback & plan to keep getting better.

Lastly, to my coach @breakmy5thlaw …thank you for your attention to detail, encouraging words, calm nature, honesty, and belief in me. It really means a lot. I’m a little anxious Annie lol, but things have been coming together and I appreciate you. 🙏🏽 We’ll see what’s next! 🤞🏽

Show Recap 🤗…reflecting on this past weekend & again, I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to do this. 🙏🏽 Competing in the @maxfitclassicproam in a lineup of 26 beautiful ladies was nothing less than an honor. Yes, the show was longer than expected & I was very tired & dry by the time bikini stepped on stage, but my physique maintained the fullness we needed to place me at 7th.

The feedback was applied from Chicago & improvements were made. This was my 3rd pro show so continuing to dial in & learn the process. Like usual, taking the thorough feedback provided by IFBB head judge @leomackesy 🙏🏽 very seriously and applying it to the next one….nope not done yet! 😤

Thank you to the judges, expediters, MUAs, tanners & promoters for putting so much heart into this show. That was definitely felt as this was one if the most humble & kind staff I’ve ever experienced in my many years of competing. Thank you to my coach @breakmy5thlaw for your attention to detail & encouragement through the process. I was very happy with the improvements we made & love watching my packages develop. 💚

Lastly, thank you to everyone who took the time to reach out to wish me well & congratulate me! 🥹 Your support truly means the world. 🙏🏽 You guys keep me going in when times get the hardest…and it’s always in prep for some reason 🥴 lol - See yall again real soon! 🩷🫶🏽💜

**I absolutely loved this look & I’m so happy I decided to return to my natural curls!
