I look back on this weekend with nothing but gratitude and appreciation. For this sport. For the athletes I shared the stage with. For the promoters whose show was bigger than anyone could have anticipated. For the judges who were meticulous in their efforts. I wasn’t originally planning to do this show. But, after my podcast with @mastersbikinifitmodel — it became apparent … if we are going to ask the community to show up for Masters athletes, we have to be willing to show up for them. And so, I did. It gave me the opportunity to be in front of a new judging panel for the year and gain valuable feedback as I gear up for off season and 2027 Masters ⭕️lympia prep. But it gave me so much more…new friends, new faces to names, new and irreplaceable memories, new data on peaking under large time delays, new information on how my body holds up in different climates, moments to chat with the @mastersbikinifitmodel community. It gave me so much, and for that—my gratitude is endless. I want to compete with the best, at the shows that have crazy turnouts….because I know that ⭕️lympia stage is going to be JUST that. So, we’ll keep showing up, aiming to improve every chance we get…and learning where to focus our efforts in this growing season ahead. A nod of unparalleled gratitude to @wittmannphoto — no one appreciates a photographer more than a fellow photographer. Knowing what I know about this profession makes me appreciate stage photographers that much more. To Sarah and Clay @maxfitclassicproam — I can only hope our podcast shed some light on your show, and helped with the call to action. The growing pains are necessary to realize what potential is waiting for you to unlock in the years to come. I’ve never stepped on a more beautiful stage in my career, and I was honored to be a part of this show. Thank you for your support of Masters Pros. May this show lead as an example of the depth of athletes that are eager for place to compete in masters shows. The judging panel: @leomackesy @luissanta1 @toobehuge and others—-what a day for you all 😮‍💨😮‍💨 but what an amazing job you all did. No amount of gratitude is enough to capture the effort and time 🙌🏼

MaxFit Recap 💜 What a weekend. I came in with no expectations, as I normally do. Every show I’ve done this year has had 20+ pro athletes, and this was no exception—clocking in with the largest masters 40+ class of the year with 26 pros 🤯 and the truth is, if I am going to show up, I want to SHOW up to compete. It’s always me vs me at the end of the day, but if I’m stepping on stage, I want to be next to the best — and I was. What. A. Show. The day was far longer than anyone was prepared for. It made peaking harder than anticipated—a four+ hour delay is a challenge when it comes to a planned day of food and fluids on show day, but we rolled with it as best as possible. Thank you to the @maxfitclassicproam crew—especially the amazing expediters that made everything run as smoothly as possible given the enormity of the show. I met so many beautiful souls backstage—this sport truly fuels my heart. And an incredible thanks to @leomackesy who took his time really judging this show, and making himself available to athletes immediately for feedback—we couldn’t ask for more 👏🏼 This was my first solo pro show without my coach @zahler_bb present and we still managed to lock things in…more data for us going forward. Suit: @khcustoms (yes, I bought it used) Tan: @protan_official diy always 👌🏼 Hair/makeup: me 🤷🏻‍♀️

A quick Chicago Pro photo dump ❤️❤️ What a weekend. Two shows days. Two suits. More than two tans (😂). Did this weekend go as I had envisioned? No. But honestly, they never do. I never go in thinking I’ll win. So this was not a surprise 🫣 But, a lot was learned. A lot of data collected. Great feedback was given. And the game plan is in place for Round 3 🤗
