Another @blackeatsfest X @blackeatsldn under the belt 🙌🏿

Truffle button

- Chairman’s reserve
- Crème de cacao
- Amontillado sherry
- Black truffle & cacao tincture
- Orange bitters
- Saline

White chocolate button garnish

A unpublished throwback from my time at @goodthings.xyz , super weird but somehow works super well, sweet, slightly nutty and funkiness from the black truffle but smoothness from the chocolate and sherry.

Day Jar 🐦‍⬛

- Hatozaki Japanese blended whisky
- Italicus bergamot liqueur
- Romanian sea buckthorn syrup
- citric acid
- Yuzu cold foam

This cocktail was a shout out to the bros at @nightjar as they’ve been killing the LDN bar scene and comp circuit for a while and having meeting @petru_ivan03 @kowan_london over the years and seeing their mad creations, it was only right to pay a lil bit of homage with this fresh, fruity and complex serve.

Bringing London vibes down south 🙌🏿

Jamaica 57

25ml- Smith & Cross Jamaican rum
30ml- Toasted pineapple infused vermouth
20ml- triple citrus cordial
1 dash- Orange bitters
1 dash- Angostura bitters
Top ginger beer

This is a take on a classic Dark & Stormy but adding a lil flair and flavour but not taking it away from the Bermudan classic.

I wanted to use my toasted pineapple vermouth in something and as we’re on the last stage of summer, it was only right to create this banger.

Who’s says you can’t combine -

Wray & Nephew
Sarti Rosa
Boiron coco cream
Matcha ….👀

This was a random banger combining the tropical flavours but also slight dry and bitterness from the @sartispritz with the classic @wrayandnephewuk and thanks to @_austin_shepherd who brought down some @les_vergers_boiron coco cream to add that amazing texture and PROPER coconut flavours and to top it all off and to make it kinda trending by adding some ceremonial Matcha to add that fresh slightly nutty flavour… believe me, this is a banger 🔥
